Your Role This role will be accountable for managing the below responsibilities within our Global Distributor Markets (GDM) for the MENA region Manage distributor spending budgets and validate trade claims in line with company policy Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit and documentation requirements Manage trade spend deductions and coordinate claim resolution with Sales and Customer Service Maintain an up-to-date database of all customer contracts and commercial agreements Monitor business waste through periodic distributor stock counts and highlight variances to ensure stock hygiene Create and communicate price structures to central support teams and distributors, ensuring system accuracy Manage Lipton marketing assets used for consumer activations in Kuwait Support the General Manager and Finance Team in preparing ad hoc reports and LT (Leadership Team) presentations Provide performance analysis and financial insights on promotions, trade investments, and channel ROI Provide support to Finance in month-end closing activities (AR validation, provision reviews, and trade spend accruals) Stakeholder Management and key interfaces Reports to General Manager, GDM MENA GDM MENA Sales team GDM MENA Finance team GDM MENA Distributor partners Skills and Experience Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales and strong finance knowledge 2 years of working within GCC on consumer goods Demonstrated experience of driving operational efficiencies Experience in distributor operations Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Compelling grip on business intelligence tools like PowerBI, MS Excel (with Macros) Entrepreneurial spirit and progressive mindset Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and tackling challenges directly, with a focus on delivering impactful results Preferred: Graduate in Business Administration or any field of Management Sciences Finance and accounting background Experience of working with distributor/in distributor setup Who we are looking for Highly adaptable and entrepreneurial Driven by Innovation and strong change affinity Embrace a high growth mindset with strong love for consumers Have strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills with diverse, multi-functional stakeholders End to end management, ability to understand the big picture but also comfortable with details and managing the operations What we can offer you We believe that growth is for everyone, we believe in growing leaders and making space to grow an owner’s mentality and like nature we adapt, we change, and we grow.
